Welcome to Spin Santa Barbara. It's designed to communicate with the students in the Spinning (tm) classes that I teach at the three Spectrum Health Clubs in Santa Barbara, California. It is starting small and simple, and I hope to take it in some interesting directions with the help of my students and fellow Spinning instructors.

The site will distribute articles from the popular press that discuss training (including, of course, Spinning class), general health and fitness topics. there will even be a YOGA section, since as of January 2007, I am also teaching Yoga classes at the Spectrum clubs.

There is, of course, a place for you to contact me via email, with your own thoughts and also to send me things that you would like posted.
