Rick's Five
Rules for the Perfect
Spin Class:
- 1) If time
passes slowly in a Spin class, the
instructor is not doing their job.
- 2) Great
music sets the tone for a great Spin
ride.
- 3) Its NOT
just about the legs: Almost every Spin
ride should provide a
full-body workout.
- 4) Heart Rate
Games are Good: In a Spin class,
the rider's heart rates should
never remain in one place.
- 5) As with
the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe:
Never forget your towel!
